Again, using an include this can be achieved by updating a single navigation file which is associated with only the section or web pages it applies to.

• New web pages – work in progress. If you have created a new page and have not yet finished adding the content for the page, you can save it without publishing. It will be saved but not publicly available to view

• Web Edition CMS can import text files and data files, such as rich text files XML data files and CSV files

• Web Edition CMS has file management tools so that the client can create directories, move and delete files in order to keep the structure of the CMS based website clean and tidy.

• Web Edition CMS contains user management tools, so that areas of the website can be allocated to certain web editors. Other areas of the website can be locked off to users, so that they can only access their allocated directories and/or files.
