technical support and managing our hosted clients is a unique and
accountable system, designed for clients serious about their web and
Internet presence. We offer what is called 'managed hosting'.
We offer both shared and dedicated hosting, and we offer managed hosting on both these service levels. Shared hosting offers a portion of a web server which is shared by other clients. Dedicated hosting offers your own server, dedicated to you. For small to medium websites, with low to medium bandwidth requirements (visitor levels), shared hosting is usually good enough. For fault reporting, you let us know your fault or issue, via phone, email or instant messenger and we take on the responsibility of managing the fault from there. We'll liase with the ISP or any thirds parties until the fault is resolved. Equally, if there is a problem or issue highlighted on a web page or application, we'll log the issue and manage it from there. The majority of support issues are very minor ones which are normally resolved quickly. For help and assistance for using our services, we provide phone and email support. We also have an FAQ and tutorial section where we constantly add new resources and documents. These deal with our various services, but also with generic issues such as setting up email accounts and manipulating images. |
